What countries do you deliver to?

The goods are delivered to European Union countries, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

How much time will delivery take?

Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the Client within 6-10 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract unless stated otherwise on the website of Online Store. During high sales seasons or National Holidays, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond control of the Online Store. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within 45 calendar days. Does product price include VAT or other taxes?

JS Ceramic Art Studio OÜ is liable for VAT in Estonia, and thus and the prices include the 22% value added tax in force in Estonia. In some cases, Client order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), incurred once a shipment reaches Client´s destination country. Online Store and its owner JS Ceramic Art Studio OÜ is not responsible for these charges; they are Client´s responsibility as the customer.

How much does the delivery cost?

The shipping costs for the goods are borne by the Client, and the corresponding price information appears at the order checkout unless stated otherwise on the website of Online Store. The fee may differ according to the destination.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it or if it doesn’t suit me?

You can return a product within 14 days from the date you received it. The item must not be used, and it must be in the original package. A Client pays for return shipping. Read more about in Terms of Sale, Shipping and Returns.
